Hello and welcome to the DEALT website.

My name is Jo Hygate and I am the CEO of the DEALT mixed academy trust. There are 8 schools that are members of the trust, a mix of Church of England schools and community schools as well as town schools and village schools all based within the Deal area.

DEALT was established in April 2019 after the leaders of each school came together to share their hopes and aspirations for the children attending their schools and whilst each school is unique in it’s own personality, all 8 schools are united in their vision to provide high quality education and life experiences to the children that they serve. I am very proud to be a part of such a passionate team.

Families can reap the benefits of our trust as we share the highest level of training and expertise across the academy meaning that the children all receive the best quality education in line with national guidelines. All 8 schools are committed to the safeguarding of all members of the community and will work alongside families to ensure that everyone can thrive.

We hope to ignite the future by inspiring the next generation to grow as individuals that create a positive impact on the world.
